How thick is the paper used in Carta Lusso notebooks?

Depending on the product and format, the thickness of our paper ranges from 80 to 120 g/m² for notebooks.

What is a Carta Lusso Pen Loop and how does it work?

The Pen Loop is a self-adhesive pen holder made of elastic.

An adhesive pad is provided at the back of the Pen Loop. When you remove the protective film over the pad, you can simply affix the Pen Loop to the back cover of your notebook or planner.

The Pen Loop is suitable for both thin pencils and thick fountain pens.

How long will my order take to ship?

Orders without customization will ship between 1-3 business days. Orders with customization will ship between 3-5 business days.

Do you ship overseas?

Yes, we ship all over the world. Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout.

What are your return regulations?

We want you to fall in love with your order. However, if for any reason you are unsatisfied with your purchase, please contact Customer Care within 14 days of receiving it.

After receiving a return authorization from Customer Care, we must receive your return within 20 days.

Personalized products cannot be returned unless the product or the personalization is defective. All refunds will then be processed within 14 days.

Will I be refunded for return shipping costs?

Unfortunately, we cannot refund return shipping costs.

How will I be refunded?

The refund will be automatically processed using the original payment method and you will receive confirmation via the email address indicated on the order.

Why do I have to wait for Carta Lusso to receive my return in order to be refunded?

Before refunding any order, we must first check the condition of the returned product. Refunds are made within 14 days if the product meets our return standards.
